Coach Rochelle

As a native of New Zealand and driven by a deep love for endurance sports and the outdoors Rochelle has represented her home country on three occasions across a variety of running events. Growing up, Rochelle dabbled in various sports before ultimately falling in love with distance running later in high school. She was fortunate enough receive a D1 scholarship which allowed her to move to the US and pursue this passion. During this time she went on to earned multiple Academic All-American and All-Region honors. Since college, she has broken 2:40 in the marathon on numerous occasions and holds a half marathon PR of 1:15.

Rochelle has been coaching runners from around the globe since 2017 and can often be spotted at key races throughout the year supporting our GRC team. During 2026 we will see her at the Colorado Marathon, BOLDERBoulder, and the Chicago Marathon. Rochelle thrives when community and connection is strong and is responsible for coordinating our annual team retreat in Colorado.

Rochelle is a strong empath and believes in a holistic + athlete-driven approach to coaching. She believes a great coach does so more than write training plans — they show up for the whole person in all phases of life. Rochelle has overcome injuries, race anxiety, an eating disorder and subsequent RED-S, and she is an open book with her athletes no matter how tough the conversations are.
